  That Council appoint Justin Stevens, Nakysta Van Hecke, Cassidy Kozak, and Valerie Bilodeau as municipal inspectors under the Alberta Agricultural Pests Act and the Alberta Weed Control Act.

Appointment of Agricultural Inspectors

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council appoint Justin Stevens, Nakysta Van Hecke, Cassidy Kozak, and Valerie Bilodeau as municipal inspectors under the Alberta Agricultural Pests Act and the Alberta Weed Control Act.

2022 Subsidized Dust Suppression Program

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council approve the 2022 fully subsidized dust suppression treatments in front of residences as identified in Attachment 1.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council approve a subsidy of $205 per residence for dust suppression treatments as identified in Attachment 2.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council approve the locations identified in Attachment 3 for fully subsidized dust suppression treatments in 2022, at an additional cost of $42,185.00, to be funded from the General Operating Reserve.

Contract Award: Meadowview Drive Phase 2 Collector Reconstruction

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council award the contract for the Meadowview Drive Phase 2 Collector Reconstruction project to Integrity Infrastructure Inc. at a contract price of $4,895,749.40 (excluding GST) and authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to execute the contract.
