• Recommended Motion:

  That Council adopt the August 22, 2023 Regular Council Meeting Minutes as presented;

  That Council adopt the September 5, 2023 Regular Council Meeting Minutes as presented; and

  That Council appoint D. Lee Danchuk as Chair of the Assessment Review Boards effective immediately, to carry out duties prescribed in section 454.1(2) and 454.2(2) of the Municipal Government Act and Bylaw 1409/18.

Appointment of Chair to the Assessment Review Boards

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council appoint D. Lee Danchuk as Chair of the Assessment Review Boards effective immediately, to carry out duties prescribed in section 454.1(2) and 454.2(2) of the Municipal Government Act and Bylaw 1409/18.

Bylaw 1628/23 – Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 1385/17 – Redistricting of a Portion of NW-6-57-23-W4M (Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 1722474) from AG – Agriculture District to DC23 – Direct Control District – Second and Third Readings

Meadowview Golf & Country Club – Request for Reduction of 2023 Municipal Property Taxes

  That Council refuse the request to reduce 2023 municipal property taxes    for tax rolls 86000, 85000, 3516000, 3517001 and 3605001.

2023 Mid-Year Financial Report

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council accept the 2023 Mid-Year Financial Report as information.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council approve a $4 million transfer from 2023 taxation revenue to the General Operating Reserve to be used to offset unrealized revenue resulting from assessments reduced through the assessment complaint process.
