• Recommended Motion:

  That Council appoint Councillor Dan Derouin as Deputy Mayor for the period of March 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council appoint Councillor Matthew McLennan as a voting member of the Governance and Council Services Committee.

Bylaw 1605/22 - Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 1385/17 - Redistricting of a portion of SW 36-54-25-W4M from AG - Agriculture District to R1 - Country Residential District - Second and Third Reading

Bylaw 1616/23 - Civic Addressing Bylaw - Repeal and Replacement of Bylaw 825/97 - First Reading

  That Council give first reading of Bylaw 1616/23.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council direct Administration to draft a naming policy/strategy for neighbourhoods, roads, municipal assets, and other infrastructure.

Villeneuve Airport Area Structure Plan - Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board Regional Evaluation Framework Referral

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council rescind motion #325/22.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council give second reading of Bylaw 1594/22 as amended.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council direct Administration to resubmit the Villeneuve Airport Area documents (Bylaw 1592/22, Bylaw 1593/22, and Bylaw 1594/22) to the Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board in accordance with the Regional Evaluation Framework process.

• Recommended Motion:

  That Council direct Administration to bring forward Bylaw 1592/22, Bylaw 1593/22, and Bylaw 1594/22 for consideration of third reading following completion of the Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board Regional Evaluation Framework process.
